Feb 16th-Feb 22nd - Connecticut & Archery!

On Sunday I skyped with my Mom and my kitty Cookie Dough back home and then I took a train to Connecticut where my Dad was helping my Grandma around the house. The next few days it was so nice spending time with my Grandma and hearing stories about my ancestors. My Grandma has always loved watching the birds outside so we spent time doing that too which was cute.

Also while I was there my director Debbie sent me a copy of my sign and business cards to approve before being printed. I thought they were really nice and I was excited!

Then I received the proofs from photographer Fadil Berisha's office and started to narrow them down  to choose my Miss USA headshot.

I was glad that I got to visit my Grandma and she was excited to see my crown! On Wednesday my Dad drove me to Springfield, Massachusetts so that I could take a train back to Rochester, New York since he was staying with my Grandma for a few more days to bring her to appointments.

While I was on the train I saw that the Miss New York USA website was updated!

The next day I had an interview with Greece Life magazine which went well! Also while I was home I spent time with my kitty Cookie Dough and I started training to be a front desk coordinator at Scott Miller! I learned a lot of information on the first day and I really enjoyed it! On Saturday I went to lunch with the Millers and we talked more about the model placement company that I am starting because of my mother agent Chantale Nadeau. Later my Mom came with me to Traditions Archery in Henrietta, New York to take a photo of me doing archery for the Miss Universe Organization to put on the Miss USA website.

After we were done the owner helped my Mom try my compound bow for the first time and she did really well!

Then I found out that I booked Boscov's again so we celebrated Valentine's Day before I left town! <3
